KlinikFIT Intensive Care Nursing

A four-month KlinikFIT program for qualified nursing professionals, geriatric care professionals and returning professionals to prepare them for intensive care nursing. Participation is linked to employment in an intensive care or intermediate care unit at Helios University Hospital Wuppertal.

Qualified male and female nursing professionals (m/f/d) without intensive care experience but with an interest in the field; interested and motivated geriatric care professionals (m/f/d) seeking a new challenge and wanting to work in an intensive care unit; professionals returning to work.

General and specialized intensive care nursing and intensive care medicine; patient observation in intensive care; pharmacology; hygiene; emergency training and resuscitation; fundamentals and care relating to invasive and non-invasive ventilation; and many other intensive care topics.
