Sports and Fitness Management Apprenticeship

Three-year apprenticeship in sports and fitness management with exposure to business administration. The resort focuses on golf and the active support of guests in the spa and fitness areas. The program includes personal mentoring, training opportunities and experience in departments such as finance, marketing, food and beverage and spa.

Organizing sports operations at the golf facility; advising and supporting resort guests on golf, fitness and spa services; selling golf lessons, treatments, clothing and products; supporting the PGA Premium Golf School; introducing guests to the fitness room; planning and conducting sports courses; preparing training plans; gaining experience in other operational departments.

Successfully completed schooling; enthusiasm for sports, fitness and wellbeing; willingness to learn and motivation; strong teamwork skills and reliability; enjoyment of working with people; hospitality skills; business-fluent German and fluent English.
