During your apprenticeship we will make you a sought-after expert for insurance and financial questions You will learn everything about insurance and financial investments in cross-location training sessions and at vocational school In the branch office you will take over personal and telephone advice for our customers' contract matters You will determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and develop tailored concepts You will successfully conclude contracts and ensure that our customers are fully covered You will take over appointment management and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees

From the start you know what you earn – the salary is transparently regulated by the collective agreement: 1st apprenticeship year: €1,455 2nd apprenticeship year: €1,532 3rd apprenticeship year: €1,620 You have a secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, general higher education entrance qualification or a comparable qualification You have German language skills of at least C1 level You are interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner You appear friendly, confident and reliable when dealing with customers You score with powers of persuasion and assertiveness You are motivated by shared success experiences in the team, whereby honest and respectful exchange is a matter of course for you
