Three-year retail apprenticeship with placements in different sales areas, customer service, merchandise management and sales campaigns.

Work in different sales areas and learn about customer service and business performance indicators; order, receive, store and shelve goods; present products attractively; support sales campaigns and maintain an appealing store appearance.

Half-year report or intermediate school-leaving certificate, such as a Realschulabschluss; interest in food and the product range; friendly and helpful approach to people; motivation, reliability and flexibility around store opening hours.

At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, €1,350 gross per month in the second year and €1,500 gross per month in the third year; holiday and Christmas bonuses; six weeks of vacation per year; qualified trainers and comprehensive examination preparation; good chances of being retained; bonus for good completion; individual development opportunities and further training; events, competitions and various discounts.
