- Practice & Development: You are part of one of our development teams and learn about the operational processes and tasks in our IT environment during the practical semesters
- Software Development: You actively work on the development of our software projects
- Project Work: You participate in exciting project work based on current software development standards and methods
- Agile Working Methods: You work agile according to Scrum and Kanban and use DevOps as well as common methods and tools of agile working

Requirements
- What characterizes you
- School degree: You have already completed your (technical) university entrance qualification or will acquire it by the start of studies and pass the FHDW assessment center*
- Interest in Computer Science: You are interested in mathematics, computer science, data, and technical contexts and ideally have already gained first experience with a programming language
- Analytical Thinking: You approach tasks in a structured way and enjoy understanding complex issues and working on them in a solution-oriented manner
- Initiative: You work independently, contribute your own ideas, and actively support your team
- Willingness to Learn: You like to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are open to new technologies, and want to continuously expand your knowledge
- Language Skills: You have confident German skills (at least B2, ideally C1) and good English skills
