Field Sales Representative - Health Insurance

As a field sales representative you win new customers for KKH. Your sales area is matched to your home, e.g. Bremen, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Osnabrück or Verden/Aller. You work in the regional sales team and organise yourself independently from your home office.

• Selling with heart: You inspire interested people about KKH and our services and guide them to membership.
• Using and building contacts: You use your network for sales and win private individuals, companies, schools, kindergartens and other regional network partners in your sales area.
• Working with companies: Together with companies you design workplace health promotion offers, e.g. back checks, coordination analyses or nutrition tips.
• Health campaigns as door openers: Through your campaigns you meet potential new members, advise them on our services and convince them of KKH.
• Working independently: You plan your workday yourself, manage your sales area independently and organise appointments around customers' needs.

• Sales experience, e.g. in fitness or telecommunications, agency or commercial representation, real estate or car sales, or (key) account management
• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Driving licence and private car for your mobility in the field
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal orientation and closing strength
• Foreign language skills an advantage
