About this Apprenticeship
KKH is looking for a regional field sales representative to win new members for its statutory health insurance. Your sales area is tailored to where you live. You will join a regional sales team of ten and organize your working day independently from your home office.
What You'll Learn
- Win people over to KKH and its services and support them as they become members.
- Use and grow contacts: ideally, bring an existing network you can use for sales, and find new contacts among individuals, businesses, schools, nurseries and other regional partners in your sales area.
- Work with businesses to develop suitable workplace health activities, such as back checks, coordination assessments or nutrition advice.
- Use health events to meet potential members, explain KKH's services and win them over to KKH health insurance.
- Plan your working day independently, manage your sales area and arrange appointments around customers' needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience, for example in fitness or telecommunications, an agency or sales agency, property or car sales, or account or key account management
- Completed vocational training in business or a comparable qualification
- Driving licence and your own car for field sales travel
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- A focus on targets and the ability to close sales
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
