Case Officer Family Insurance / Student Health Insurance

You process applications and master data maintenance forms for family insurance with and without international aspects. You assess insured students and interns under insurance law, advise them on changes (e.g., end of student health insurance), clarify insurance relationships after the end of family insurance, and inform insured persons about status changes in writing and by phone. You serve as a competent contact person for internal and external customers.

Completed training as a management assistant in healthcare, social insurance specialist, or equivalent qualification. Ideally experience in family insurance/student health insurance or insurance law. Strong customer orientation, analytical and organized work approach, openness to new situations and personal development.
