At Koenig & Bauer Sheetfed AG & Co. KG at the Radebeul site, we are looking for a Project Engineer: Service for our Service department.

• Holistic project management and management of large projects (including budget control and reporting) as well as project work for process optimization and sales promotion in the after-sales area.
• Strategic development and expansion of business relationships with key accounts and partners as well as ensuring highest customer satisfaction through intensive consulting.
• Preparation, support, and acceptance of machine installations, retrofits, and service assignments (even beyond the warranty period).
• Technical examination of customer inquiries, preparation and presentation of offers, and conduct of sales negotiations.
• Active interface management between internal areas (e.g., product management, design) and coordination, review, and development of our sales and service companies.
• Conduct of strategic market and competitive analyses as well as continuous data management.

• Successfully completed technical or business degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, printing/process engineering, industrial engineering) combined with sound knowledge of printing press construction and handling of technical documentation.
• Pronounced customer orientation according to the "Customer Centricity Concept", confident demeanor, and strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• High degree of independence, organizational talent, flexibility, and willingness to perform.
• Confident handling of common IT systems (MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP) and openness to new software solutions.
• Very good German and English skills (additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Russian an advantage) and willingness to travel within and outside the EU.
