What You'll Learn
- Working in our modern care facilities
- Supporting nursing professionals in the care and support of our residents
- Ensuring the life satisfaction of our residents
- Participating in the implementation of the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Supporting the organization of needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- Taking on treatment care and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Completed training as a 2-year qualified nursing assistant
- Joy in the holistic care of our residents
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
