What You'll Learn
- Participation in our modern care facilities
- Support of nursing professionals in the care and supervision of our residents
- Ensuring the life satisfaction of our residents
- Participation in the implementation of the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Support in the organization of needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- Taking on treatment care and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified nursing assistant
- Joy in the holistic care of our residents
- Pronounced teamwork skills as well as high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and communication strength
- Willingness to also work on weekends and at night
