Trainee CRO Office

As the CRO Office, LBBW is the central staff unit of the Chief Risk Officer and is responsible for important cross-cutting topics for the bank's risk functions. In the 18-month trainee program, you are prepared individually and professionally for your future role as a consultant in the CRO Office. You learn from the specialists on the team, have a mentor at your side, and receive a tailored qualification program as well as assignments in other units of the bank.

• You work in close exchange with management on further developing our division strategy.
• You coordinate and manage projects for the risk division and beyond.
• You analyze data for steering formats and concrete use cases.
• You help optimize processes and learn how AI and digitalization are used in everyday banking.
• You support and accompany cost and budget planning for our Board division.
• You actively help shape decentralized personnel development offers and communication measures and support their implementation.

• You have completed a degree in business administration, economics or related fields, or are about to graduate.
• In the selection process, you impress with a successfully completed cognitive aptitude test.
• You can express yourself in both German and English at a minimum of C1 level.
• Through internships or working student jobs, you have already gained first practical experience in risk management.
• You are open towards others and adapt flexibly to the person you are dealing with.
• You work independently and bring a high level of commitment. You enjoy getting into new and varied topics.
