During your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness – either in a 2-year apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d). Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or operating the checkout: you get stuck in and give it your all. You check incoming goods, assist with inventory tasks and are there for our customers with advice and action. If you opt for the third apprenticeship year as a Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d), you will learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift. To further develop your skills, you will take part in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects.
