About this Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship at Lidl's store at Gutschmidtstr. 101, 12359 Berlin: two years to qualify as a retail salesperson or three years to qualify in retail management. You will learn how retail works, take on responsibility and work as part of the store team.

What You'll Learn

During your apprenticeship, learn what matters in retail and how quality, freshness and cleanliness create a good shopping experience in our Lidl stores, through either a two-year retail salesperson apprenticeship or a three-year retail management apprenticeship
Get involved fully in stocking and displaying goods, baking and operating the checkout
Check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and assist customers with advice and practical support
If you choose the third year of the retail management apprenticeship, learn how to create staff schedules and lead your first shift
Take part in training and engaging apprentice projects to develop your skills further
