Apprenticeship Retail Merchant / Sales Assistant

Apprenticeship at Lidl as a sales assistant (2 years) or retail merchant (3 years) at the Säntisstraße 49 store, Berlin. You learn how we create a great shopping experience through quality, freshness and cleanliness. Start: 1 August or 1 September (depending on region). Pay: €1,250 - 1,350/month (sales assistant) or €1,250 - 1,500/month (retail merchant), full-time and depending on training year.

• In your training you learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a great shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness - either in a 2-year apprenticeship as sales assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as retail merchant (m/f/d)
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or working the checkout: you pitch in with full commitment
• You check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and assist our customers with advice and support
• If you choose the third year as retail merchant (m/f/d), you learn how to create staff schedules and lead your first own shift
• To develop your skills further, you take part in training and exciting apprentice projects
