About this Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship at the Lidl store at Sophie-Charlotten-Straße 31 in Berlin. Choose a two-year sales assistant apprenticeship or a three-year retail management apprenticeship. You will learn how the store works and take on increasing responsibility.

What You'll Learn

During your apprenticeship, you will learn what matters in retail and how quality, freshness and cleanliness create a good shopping experience in our Lidl stores, through either a two-year sales assistant apprenticeship or a three-year retail management apprenticeship
You will get involved and give your best when stocking and displaying goods, baking or working at the checkout
You will check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and advise and assist customers
If you choose the third year of the retail management apprenticeship, you will learn to prepare staff schedules and lead your first shift
You will attend training and take part in exciting apprentice projects to develop your skills further
