What You'll Learn
- You actively shape the entire recruiting process for our core areas and drive digital and process optimizations as a strategic advisor to the departments to secure our future growth
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process for selected departments of the Lidl Foundation
- Close support and advice to managers as a solution-oriented recruiting partner, including regular departmental jour fixes for all talent acquisition topics
- Identification and implementation of operational and digital optimization measures along the recruiting process based on relevant KPIs
- Independent conception, management and implementation of complex recruiting projects
- Trustworthy and committed support of our candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Strengthening employer branding in the department and confident cooperation with service providers and agencies
Requirements
- Several years of solid professional experience in recruiting in interface-intensive areas, complemented by experience in successfully managing complex projects
- Willingness and availability for a full-time position limited to approximately 12 months
- High degree of process fidelity combined with a pragmatic, hands-on and holistic mindset
- Confident communication and negotiation skills paired with a strong service orientation
- Ideally knowledge of SuccessFactors, first experience with AI tools in recruiting
