• Design & optimization of processes: analyze, assess and implement improvements
• Logistics projects: contribute creative ideas and help implement them
• Apply LEAN methods: use KVP, 6S and other methods to increase efficiency
• Organize events: plan and run events of any kind for our team, such as workshops or team events
• Develop metrics & KPIs further: create dashboards in PowerBI and track the achievement of performance goals

• At least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (a current enrollment certificate and written proof of the mandatory internship must be attached); for an internship in a gap year nothing further needs to be attached
• Team spirit & communication skills: very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Initiative & independence: a proactive, conscientious and solution-oriented way of working
