Specialist for Company Pension Schemes (bAV) & Personal Insurance

For the Lufthansa Group, as well as for other external companies, we are the contact partner for the introduction, implementation and support of pension systems and personal insurance (Employee Benefits). You would like to contribute your professional expertise with us – then become part of our team.

• You take over the consulting of our internal departments and corporate clients and combine professional expertise with operational implementation and support.
• For this you are engaged:
• Support and further development of bAV solutions (especially salary conversion and direct insurance)
• Review and optimization of existing pension commitments
• Consulting of internal departments, corporate clients and employees
• Implementation and further development of bAV structures
• Management of insurers and service providers including tenders
• Negotiation of tariffs, conditions and portfolios
• Administration and further development of contract portfolios
• Creation of analyses, reports and support of billing processes

• You have sound experience in company personal insurance and a pronounced understanding of customer requirements and pension systems.
• Completed training in insurance
• Several years of experience in bAV or personal insurance
• Very good knowledge of insurance law fundamentals
• Experience in dealing with corporate clients and internal stakeholders
• Analytical and conceptual strength
• Negotiation skills and confident appearance
• Very good German and good English skills
• Proficient in MS Office
