Specialist for Agriculture in Property and Yield Insurance

LVM Insurance is seeking a specialist for agriculture in property and yield insurance. Responsible for risk assessment, rating, contract processing, and technical management of training events.

In a nine-member team, you are responsible for risk assessment and rating of agricultural property insurance. You support the field service in preparing offers and are responsible for creating coverage concepts and confirmations. Your tasks also include comprehensive contract processing and handling, including support for yield loss and animal damage claims. Additionally, your role involves attending field service appointments. Moreover, you take on the important task of technically leading training events on agriculture.

You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk. Alternatively, you have a commercial vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry. Experience in handling agricultural property insurance or an agricultural background is desirable. Your mindset is characterized by cross-selling, cross-earnings, and cross-divisional thinking. Advisory and implementation skills are among your strengths. In addition, you are characterized by entrepreneurial action and a high degree of initiative. Communication and cooperation skills round off your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively agreed remuneration (according to the collective agreement for the private insurance industry).
