About this Apprenticeship
LVM is a mutual insurance association looking for a contract clerk for commercial motor insurance. You will manage motor insurance contracts of large commercial customers in a fixed region.
What You'll Learn
- Managing and processing motor insurance contracts of large commercial customers in a fixed region
- Assessing risks and deciding on acceptance of fleet contracts
- Supporting LVM agencies with individual offers and accompanying them to customer meetings if needed
- Carrying out restructurings and processing cancellations
- Occasionally contributing to internal department projects
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, or commercial training with a strong willingness to expand insurance knowledge
- First experience in processing motor insurance contracts in commercial business
- Ideally first experience in processing motor insurance contracts
- Strong assertiveness and solution orientation, economic thinking and acting
- Good communication and decision-making skills and high commitment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
