Nursing Professional for Social Participation – Integration Assistance

As a nursing professional (m/f/d) at the LVR-Verbund für WohnenPlusLeben in Bedburg-Hau, you play a central role in supporting people with disabilities. Your work is as demanding as it is rewarding – you actively shape the daily lives of our clients and take on responsibility.

• Varied tasks: Everyday support and encouragement of adults with intellectual disabilities. No two days are alike – experience work that challenges and inspires you.
• Responsibility and relationships: You accompany people long term and build trusting relationships with a view to their life goals and development. You provide basic nursing care and the related documentation. You are also involved in shaping our clients' daily planning as part of support planning and social participation.

• State recognition as a special education care worker, geriatric nurse, health and nursing professional, or nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Ideally you already have experience supporting people with disabilities.

• You stand out through creativity, sense of responsibility, flexibility and an independent way of working in your daily work.
• You bring experience in documenting support services.
• You are flexible and willing to work rotating shifts and on weekends.
