Sales Associate, Marc O’Polo Franchise Store Straubing

Marc O’Polo’s franchise team is looking for a sales associate for its store in Straubing. The role is suited to a sales professional with a passion for sustainable premium fashion and customer service.

Sell sustainable premium products and provide customer-focused advice; assist customers in choosing products and complete looks; create a positive shopping experience and attract customers to the Marc O’Polo MEMBERS programme; contribute to achieving sales targets; replenish and present merchandise according to the visual merchandising team’s guidelines; work independently with the POS system, RFID and CRM software.

Sales talent with knowledge of current trends and a basic understanding of fits; enthusiasm for fashion; openness and a positive attitude; teamwork and reliability; willingness to work weekends, especially Saturdays; enjoyment of communication; good English skills are an advantage; career changers and applicants with initial retail experience are welcome.
