Medical Assistant Neurological Outpatient Clinic

Part-time position as Medical Assistant in the neurological outpatient clinic at Marienhospital Stuttgart.

You are the first point of contact for our patients during admission and appointment scheduling, including the organization thereof. In close coordination with physicians and other professional groups, you ensure patient flow. Through your efforts, you secure and improve work processes. Your good computer skills facilitate your daily work. You cover for the chief physician's secretary during vacation periods.

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent 3-year training is required. Experience in neurology and billing (EBM) is desirable. You can interact with patients empathetically and sensitively. High sense of responsibility and organizational skills characterize you, enabling you to structure your workday independently and responsibly. Good knowledge of patient administration systems and Microsoft Office.
