• Getting to know all departments in fixed weekly blocks e.g. Housekeeping, Restaurant, Purchasing, Technology, Reception, Accounting, Event Sales
• Care and advice of our guests
• Independent work after comprehensive onboarding
• Comprehensive insights into merchandise management in our two hotels
• Understanding and compliance with specified standards and hygiene regulations
• Varied activities in an international environment
• Two regular school blocks per year
• Understanding hotel processes
• Further developing personal strengths and interests

• At least a good secondary school diploma
• Ideally you have already gained experience through an internship or mini-job in the hotel and catering industry
• Desire for continuous development and willingness to discover new things
• Team spirit and fun in sharing your enthusiasm
