About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. You are not alone with us: we accompany you on your way, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial investments. Region: Hamburg | Start: 01.08.2027 | Duration: 2.5 years
What You'll Learn
- Connect theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and expand your knowledge at the GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up consulting talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
- Also welcome: If you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third apprenticeship year – plus holiday and Christmas bonus equal to two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting process: well-structured apprenticeship, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular apprenticeship period is 2.5 years. If your performance fits, a shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning material subsidy as well as travel cost or rent cost participation depending on distance to vocational school location.
- Modern environment: 30 days vacation plus off on 24.12. and 31.12., latest iPhone and notebook, collectively agreed weekly working time of 38 hours.
