As an internal consultancy, Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting works hand in hand with top management to develop transformative strategies and accelerate Mercedes-Benz's digital growth. As Consultant (Strategy) you develop strategies and solutions for management and go through a training and coaching program. Permanent position.

• Advising clients on strategic and operational questions
• Developing new strategies and solutions in close interaction with clients
• Responsibility for successfully delivering work packages
• Leading teams in working out individual work packages
• Deriving new conceptual approaches and methods for future projects

• Completed degree with above-average academic results, preferably in economics, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Relevant work experience at an international strategy consultancy, in the corporate strategy of an automotive company or in related industries
• International experience through assignments abroad lasting several months
• Fluent German and English
• Optional: knowledge of digital business models and ecosystems
• Optional: agile product or software development (Design Thinking, SCRUM, DevOps, CICD), backlog planning or requirements engineering, cloud platforms/services (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Exceptionally strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong ability to abstract complex matters and prepare them clearly
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong teamwork as well as commitment and flexibility
