Intern Order Scheduling

In the Order Control Powertrain team based in Untertürkheim, we are responsible for the daily operational production control of all assembly lines at the production site and its plant parts. This ensures that around 15,000 units per working day can be delivered to customers at the right time. In this challenging work environment, we offer you an exciting learning environment.

• You are responsible for the creation and coordination of shopfloor daily reports and the measurement of output performance
• You moderate the internal morning shopfloor meeting
• You are creative and further develop the digital shopfloor management for the team
• You enjoy working with IT systems and have knowledge of data evaluation and data analysis
• You create various evaluations to determine the performance of our production lines and the internal order control
• You independently take on an important control task for circulating parts. This includes daily tracking of inventory and requirements as well as the creation of Power BI reports - You will be in contact with vehicle plants abroad, e.g. in China or South Africa
• You take on smaller projects at the interface to the shipping team and various planning areas
• You participate in the co-design to improve customer relationships and have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a modern vehicle and aggregate production

• Studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, technical business administration, international management or a comparable degree program
• Sound German skills in word and writing
• Confident use of Microsoft Office
• Commitment and teamwork
• Analytical thinking and a strategic way of working
