Intern in Investment Controlling (Mandatory Internship)

The Finance/Controlling (FC) Participations department is responsible for investment controlling at Mercedes-Benz Cars. It prepares business valuations for M&A transactions, supports existing investments and helps set up new companies. They are looking for an intern in investment controlling. The work can start from February 2027.

• Support in carrying out M&A transaction processes, including reviewing and valuing business models
• Help with the business support of subsidiaries and minority investments, especially in financial KPI tracking and reporting
• Active help in preparing and running management committees and internal workshops
• Support in further developing finance and controlling processes and methods
• Preparing analyses, evaluations and presentations for different stakeholders

• Studies in business administration, business informatics, economics or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on
• Corporate finance, controlling and/or accounting
• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge is desirable
• Teamwork, commitment and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work interculturally
