Intern Business Excellence Acceleration Team (Mandatory Internship)

Internship opportunity in the Business Excellence and Acceleration Team (BEAT) of Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service and Parts. From day one you work as a full team member on data-driven projects. The work can start from December 2026.

• Strengthening our data-driven project teams to develop technical solutions
• Helping develop digital solutions and supporting the management of external development partners
• Designing and carrying out suitable change management measures for rollouts of digital solutions
• Helping develop and implement strategic concepts
• Taking part in and moderating workshops at management level
• Supporting the creation of presentations and workshop formats

• You study industrial engineering, industrial science or a similar field with very good academic results
• You communicate confidently in German and English
• You are confident with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and ideally have first knowledge of collaborative tools such as MURAL
• Basic programming skills and knowledge of PowerBI (DAX and M) are an advantage
• You are excited about new technologies like GenAI and the possibilities they bring
• You have already gained experience in an agile work environment, e.g. in strategy consulting, start-ups or scale-ups
• You work independently and reliably, learn quickly and are full of ideas
• You enjoy your work and have a pinch of humor
• Your internship at this location must include a mandatory part required by your studies
• You can commit at least three (ideally six) months to the internship
