Intern Corporate Social Responsibility (Mandatory Internship)

For the Mercedes-Benz Group AG, entrepreneurial spirit and social responsibility are inextricably linked. The company's anchoring in society plays an essential role. The 'Corporate Social Responsibility' department based in Stuttgart is part of the Integrity, Governance & Sustainability (IL) board division, in which over 1,000 employees worldwide support the business of Mercedes-Benz Group AG in the areas of law, integrity, sustainability, compliance and data protection. Our department makes a significant contribution with the fields 'CSR Global Governance & Impact' and 'Employee Activation'. For the support and implementation of projects in these areas, we are looking for a committed reinforcement in the team 'CSR Global Governance & Impact' for a full-time internship at the Stuttgart-Untertürkheim location.

• Participation in the further development and organization of the beVisioneers Fellowship Program
• Support in designing formats for networking the global beVisioneers community
• Promotion of knowledge exchange, inspiration and innovation within the international network
• Support in maintaining and further developing guidelines and guidance documents in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility
• Accompaniment of Mercedes-Benz global donation processes and support of colleagues worldwide in implementing their donation projects
• Participation in the administration and quality assurance of the global donation database
• Conducting and documenting spot checks to ensure data quality and process compliance
• Support in creating and evaluating KPI reports and measuring project results
• Support in various communication topics in the intranet, e.g. creating articles about our non-profit projects and weekly updating of Spotlight Stories in the IMPACTS Space
• Research on NGOs for potential international donation projects and support in designing and reporting various CSR projects
• Translation of German and English texts, e.g. training materials for conducting CSR activities

• Studies in business administration, law, communication, social or cultural sciences or a comparable degree program
• High affinity for CSR and/or sustainability topics
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension, especially in information research and preparation of results
• Ability to create and prepare texts
• Independent and self-responsible work style and willingness to proactively approach colleagues
• Solution-oriented and creative work style
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Strong teamwork and helpfulness
