Intern Global Mobility (Required Internship)

Exciting and varied required internship in Global Mobility, focusing on international taxation, IT systems and policies. You independently take responsibility for individual projects and topic areas.

• Support and collaboration on interdisciplinary department projects, with the chance to coordinate work packages independently
• Support in developing and shaping policies and processes for international employee assignments, together with internal interfaces (e.g. tax, labor law, payroll) and external service providers (e.g. tax consultancy)
• Support with global payroll processes
• Creating management presentations and process documentation
• Support in preparing and taking minutes of meetings
• Support of internal and external communication (creating, revising and publishing communication materials for employees on international assignments, e.g. emails, social intranet posts and knowledge articles)
• Collaboration on communication projects (support in planning, coordinating and implementing communication measures in the international Global Mobility environment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders)
• Content management and data maintenance (maintaining and updating information on internal platforms and ensuring content is clear and suited to the target audience)
• Support with employee surveys and analyses (helping create surveys, evaluate results and prepare findings to further develop communication offers and services)

• Degree program in business administration, business law or a comparable program with a focus on international human resources management
• Confident use of MS Office
• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written
• Teamwork and communication skills and commitment
