Intern HR Top Management Sales & Customer (Mandatory Internship)

We in the area HR Top Management Sales & Customer are responsible for the support and further development of strategic HR topics in the international Sales & Customer environment. This includes the accompaniment of talent and leadership processes, the support in personnel development measures, the participation in strategic HR initiatives as well as the cooperation with national and international interfaces. For this challenging and exciting area of responsibility we are looking for an intern HR Top Management Sales & Customer (mandatory internship).

• Participation in strategic HR topics in the international Sales & Customer environment
• Support in compensation and development conferences as well as other talent and leadership formats
• Participation in the conception, implementation and further development of performance management processes for managers
• Support in talent and succession concepts for managers in the Sales & Customer area
• Participation in international personnel development and leadership programs
• Support in the further development of modern HR processes in the top management environment
• Creation of presentations, analyses and decision templates for management committees
• Structured preparation of complex HR topics and management information
• Support in administrative and organizational tasks as well as personnel measures
• Preparation and follow-up of personnel and development discussions
• Participation in tender, selection and appointment processes
• Support in the preparation of decision rounds
• Cooperation with HR Business Partners, managers, Executive Assistants and international departments
• Participation in cross-team and cross-departmental projects, workshops, conferences and events
• Application of Microsoft 365 solutions for creation, structuring and preparation of content as well as support in digitalization and standardization of HR processes

• Degree program in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences, Psychology, Communication Management, Human Resource Management or a comparable degree program
• Secure German and English skills in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office as well as Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in digital ways of working and modern technologies; knowledge in dealing with Copilot is an advantage
