Intern Market Research (Mandatory Internship)

The Global Market Intelligence department of Mercedes-Benz Group AG is the central contact for market research and marketing analyses. You will be fully integrated into the team Market Research Marketing and Sales. The work can start from the end of February 2027 and is limited to six months.

• Support in the design and project management of quantitative and qualitative customer and market research studies
• Statistical data analysis of customer and market research surveys using SPSS (statistics program for the social sciences) and/or R, as well as cross-tabulation software and dashboards
• Management-ready reporting and creation of presentations based on statistical data analyses
• Presenting results to stakeholders and ensuring knowledge management of the results

• Studies in market research, psychology, sociology or a comparable field
• Structured and logical thinking, affinity for numbers and critical thinking
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office
• Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative methods of empirical social research and basic statistical knowledge
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment, care, willingness to learn and enjoyment in understanding people and their needs
