Intern Quality Private Van Electric & Combustion Architecture (Mandatory Internship)

Do you want to actively shape the vehicle quality of tomorrow? Then you've come to the right place! As part of Quality Management in the VAN.EA (Van Electric Architecture) and VAN.CA (Van Combustion Architecture) projects, you will learn how quality is implemented and managed in one of the most innovative vehicle projects of the Mercedes-Benz Group – from the initial concept to series production start.

• Gain insights into quality work within a development project at the corporate level
• Support the team in managing quality-relevant topics within the VAN.EA and VAN.CA projects
• Create presentations and decision proposals for project and quality management
• Analyze and track quality-critical topics together with interface areas Development, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics
• Further develop existing reporting and communication formats using digital tools and templates
• Accompany meetings and workshops on product and process quality issues

• Degree program in Industrial Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Interest in project and quality management in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint
• Structured and independent work style as well as good basic technical understanding
• Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to present complex issues clearly
