Intern Strategy Consulting and Corporate Development (Mandatory Internship)

As a Visiting Consultant in the internal consulting team Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting in Stuttgart, you support the development of group-wide strategies and department-specific questions. From day one you work as a full team member on holistic solution concepts with a clear focus on business impact. The internship must include a mandatory required portion. The work can start from January 2027. We work in a hybrid work model.

• Supporting the project team in developing, implementing and following up new strategies and innovative solutions
• Helping prepare recommendations for decision-makers at Mercedes-Benz AG
• Analyzing markets, technologies and current trends and identifying related fields of action
• Planning, running and documenting workshops and interviews with internal / external experts

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field
• Excellent academic performance
• Practical experience through internships in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, the automotive industry or a comparable environment
• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written
• Analytical thinking and strategic way of working
• Strong conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and high flexibility
