Apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering in the Frankfurt Service Region 2027

During the apprenticeship, you will learn to install, test, and commission electrical systems. You will gain practical experience in technical customer service, understand the electrical and electronic functions of household appliances, analyze faults, and carry out repairs. You will support service technicians during on-site assignments. Vocational school and Siemens' training workshop provide the necessary electrical engineering fundamentals.

After completing the apprenticeship: maintain and repair premium Miele household appliances at customers' homes; quickly identify faults and independently implement reliable technical solutions in customer service; document service assignments; contribute improvement ideas from daily service work and optimize the repair service; participate in training sessions, team meetings, and joint customer assignments.

At least a qualified lower secondary school certificate; residence within the service area; practical skills and an interest in technology; attention to detail, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility; very good German skills at least at C1 level.

3.5-year apprenticeship, with the possibility of shortening it if the requirements are met; block instruction alternating with practical phases at Siemens' training workshop and in Miele's technical field service; from €1,240 per month; extensive employee discounts; 30 days of vacation; 35-hour week; training in the company workshop; company mobile phone; trainers acting as learning mentors; and trainee welcome days.
