Apprenticeship as Electronics Technician for Operating Technology in Customer Service Region Munich 2027

During your apprenticeship you will learn step by step how to install, test, and commission electrical systems and installations. In parallel you gain practical experience in technical customer service. You learn to understand electrical and electronic functions of household appliances, analyze faults, and carry out repairs. During on-site assignments you support our service technicians (m/f/d) and develop a feel for customer-oriented solutions. In addition, the vocational school and the training workshop of our partner Siemens teach you the necessary electrical engineering fundamentals. After your apprenticeship you will maintain and repair high-quality Miele household appliances directly at our customers' premises in close cooperation with internal departments, contribute your expertise to rapid fault finding and implement technical solutions in customer service independently and reliably, document your service calls to support efficient processes in technical field service, contribute improvement ideas from daily service work to optimize our repair service, and regularly participate in training sessions, team meetings, and joint customer assignments together with your colleagues to continuously expand your technical knowledge.

You have at least a qualified lower secondary school leaving certificate. You live within the catchment area of the service region. With your manual dexterity and technical interest you carry out practical tasks carefully. Carefulness, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility characterize you. You have very good German language skills (at least level C1).

Duration: 3.5 years with the possibility of shortening given suitable prerequisites. Instruction format: block instruction alternating with supplementary practical phases in the training workshop of our training partner Siemens and in technical field service at Miele.
