Apprenticeship as Electronics Technician for Operating Technology in Customer Service Region Düsseldorf 2027

What you will learn with us: In your apprenticeship you will learn step by step how to install, test and commission electrical systems and systems. In parallel, you will gain practical experience in technical customer service. You will learn to understand electrical and electronic functions of household appliances, analyze faults and carry out repairs. During on-site assignments, you support our service technicians (m/f/d) and develop a feel for customer-oriented solutions. In addition, the vocational school and the training workshop of our partner Siemens teach you the necessary electrical engineering fundamentals. What awaits you with us: Duration: 3.5 years with the possibility of shortening given suitable prerequisites. Form of instruction: Block instruction alternating with supplementary practical phases in the training workshop of our training partner Siemens and in the technical field service at Miele.

After your apprenticeship… you maintain and repair high-quality Miele household appliances directly at our customers' premises in close cooperation with internal departments. You contribute your expertise in rapid fault finding and implement technical solutions in customer service independently and reliably. You document your service assignments and thus support efficient processes in technical field service. You contribute improvement ideas from daily service life and thus optimize our repair service. You regularly participate in training sessions, team meetings and joint customer assignments together with your colleagues to continuously expand your expertise.

What convinces us: You have at least a qualified secondary school diploma. You live in the vicinity of the deployment area. With your manual dexterity and technical interest, you implement practical tasks carefully. Carefulness, communication skills and a sense of responsibility characterize you. You have very good German skills (at least level C1).
