Business Development Specialist

For its Elmshorn location, ORLEN Deutschland is looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist (all genders) as soon as possible.

• Support the Business Development team with customer-, partner- and sales-related future topics
• Research, approach and coordinate cooperation partners for new business models and services
• Analyze and evaluate customer, sales, B2B, B2C, revenue and campaign data
• Create reports, KPI evaluations, business cases and decision and management papers
• Identify, assess and pilot new offers and services for the station business
• Support the handover of new solutions and concepts to the responsible departments
• Contribute to developing CRM, loyalty and marketing automation initiatives
• Work with internal interfaces and external partners to successfully implement customer-oriented business areas

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a business focus
• First practical experience in business development, sales, CRM, marketing or a comparable environment
• Experience or strong interest in customer, partner and sales topics
• Understanding of business development, CRM, customer retention, loyalty programs and digital customer communication
• Ability to analyze and prepare market, customer, partner and sales data in a structured way
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of digital ecosystems
• Very good German and English skills at least B1/B2 level
• Strong communication skills, customer and service orientation
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking, drive to implement and enjoyment of working with different interfaces and partners
