We train you further internally in your 3-year apprenticeship and prepare you for a position as deputy store management. With good performance in the company and at vocational school, early admission to the final examination can be applied for. You learn what matters in merchandise management – from ordering to correct placement in the market. You look after our customers in the market and at the checkout and support them actively. You have a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate school diploma (Realschulabschluss) and are interested in retail. You enjoy dealing with people and like working in a team. You are reliable and flexible.
