Working Student Marketing Digital Offer Communication (Asset Creation)

PENNY is part of the REWE Group and employs over 31,000 people in around 2,130 stores, at 10 logistics sites and in the headquarters. In #teampenny you can be anything but indifferent. The Sales Communications division combines classic advertising with digital offer communication and continuously develops it further. In our Asset Creation team we ensure that the weekly PENNY offers reach our customers across channels and with high attention – from planning and creation to final playout. We work closely with various marketing areas, Promotion Management, Procurement, Sales and external agencies. Together we further develop existing processes and digital advertising formats and create new solutions for efficient and modern offer communication.

• You are right in the middle: You support us in implementing the digital PENNY offer communication and accompany the creation process from planning and briefing to checking and approving the advertising materials.
• You take responsibility: After your onboarding you manage your own operational tasks and support the coordination of our weekly changing offers across various digital touchpoints.
• Your eye for detail counts: You check digital advertising materials and content for completeness and correct implementation and support us in correction and approval processes.
• You keep the threads together: You are in exchange with internal interfaces and external partners, coordinate information and support that our processes and timings are adhered to.
• Your ideas are in demand: You create and update presentations and working documents, conduct research and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our digital offer communication and processes.

• You work reliably, structured and conscientiously, have a good eye for detail and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
• You like to communicate, work well in a team and at the same time have the desire to take on tasks increasingly independently.
• You are an enrolled student of business administration, economics, marketing, communication or a comparable course of study and are interested in digital marketing and retail.
• Ideally you have already gained first practical experience in marketing, retail or a comparable environment – but this is not a must.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• You have very good German language skills in word and writing.
• You ideally have 18 hours per week to support us.
