Single-Device Cable Assembler

For the assembly department at its Winterbach site, PFISTERER is looking for a single-device cable assembler as soon as possible. PFISTERER is one of the world's leading technology companies for connection and jointing technology in the energy sector and supports the shift to renewable energy and the expansion of power grids.

• Preparing and carrying out assembly and production orders for mechanical and electronic components
• Assembling MV power cables to specifications
• Compiling the required material from parts lists
• Applying the necessary production methods such as sawing, pressing, heat shrinking
• Assembling subassemblies and general assembly work
• Carrying out in-process quality assurance
• Fixing faults during disruptions and carrying out rework when deviations occur

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, preferably industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, precision device mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Very good technical understanding
• Independent, quality-conscious way of working
• Basic understanding of electronics
• Commitment, flexibility and reliability
• Good German skills, spoken and written
• Suitable for severely disabled people, in line with the task and requirement profile
