Trainer and Fitter in Installation

To expand our training expertise, we are looking for a trainer and fitter in installation at our location in Winterbach, starting immediately. PFISTERER is one of the world's leading technology companies for connection and jointing technology in the energy sector, supporting the shift to renewable energy and the expansion of power grids.

• Conducting practical installation trainings for the entire range of cable accessories for internal and external cable fitters
• Developing and implementing new training proposals and following up on results
• Conducting/supporting test installations, tool tests and fault analyses
• Advising (supervising) assembly work and on-the-job training for third-party companies
• Conducting and leading type test installations for HV and EHV cable accessories
• Respectful and trusting communication with clients and customers
• Reporting and ensuring information flow from construction sites/training centers to the supervisor/responsible coordination team
• Other tasks within the area of responsibility and related tasks as instructed by the direct supervisor

• Successfully completed training as an electrician/grid electrician/substation electrician or similar qualification
• Knowledge of health and safety at work
• Several years of experience in HV cable preparation, installing cable accessories and assembling accessories according to instructions and technical data
• Knowledge of electricity and understanding of medium and high voltage cable systems
• Willingness to learn, to develop further and to travel
• Sound market knowledge in the industry and related fields
• Suitable for severely disabled people, according to the task and requirement profile
