Narcotics Employee

PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG, distribution center Cologne, is looking to fill the position of Narcotics Employee (m/f/d) immediately. The work is done in rotating shifts including Saturdays.

• Processing narcotics (BTM) and precursor (GÜG) orders in compliance with legal requirements
• Checking, processing and booking incoming goods and receipt confirmations
• Checking and processing returns and complaints
• Stock control and monitoring
• Phone contact with customers and suppliers

• Completed vocational training in pharmaceutical wholesale or in a pharmacy
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and work experience in warehousing are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office applications and standard company programs
• Friendly and confident manner with customers
• Independent, reliable and cooperative way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Commitment, flexibility and teamwork skills
