Janitor / Handyman for Administrative Buildings in Munich

Location: 80993 Munich, Employment type: Full-time.

• You carry out inspection rounds in our customer object
• You convert conference rooms, set up meeting rooms and support customer events
• You check the media technology in meeting rooms
• You carry out minor repairs on furnishings and replace light bulbs
• In addition, you take on minor assembly work, such as hanging pictures, boards, screens and setting up and dismantling furniture
• You accompany subcontractors
• If required, you carry out minor repair work on walls and ceilings

• You have a completed craft vocational training (tiler/painter/carpenter etc.)
• You have manual dexterity and are used to working independently
• You have already gained initial professional experience and are familiar with facility management processes in customer objects
• You have a class B driver's license and are willing to be on 24/7 call duty
• You have good German skills in word and writing
