Building Technician / Caretaker / All-rounder in Facility Services in Munich

Full-time position as building technician, caretaker and all-rounder in facility services in Munich, with inspection rounds, maintenance and minor repairs in client properties.

• You carry out inspection rounds in our client properties and at the building services systems
• You act as the contact for tenants and users and support property management in coordinating external companies and FM service providers
• You also carry out maintenance work, in particular inspections and function tests on building services systems and technical building equipment
• You carry out minor repairs on furnishings, replace light bulbs, and clear minor blockages in sanitary facilities
• You take on minor installation work, such as hanging pictures, boards, signs and door signs and attaching door stops, wastepaper bins, coat hooks, etc.
• If needed, you support events

• You have completed vocational training in a craft or technical trade
• You have manual skills and are used to working independently
• You bring several years of experience in building operations and service delivery, experience operating building services systems, and experience with building management systems (BMS)
• You have good IT skills, especially MS Outlook and MS Excel
• You hold a class B driver's license and are able to provide 24/7 on-call duty
• You have good German skills in speaking and writing
