Shared Personal Assistant To CLT

Responsible for organizing the office infrastructure and supporting the Market Leadership Team Germany and the DACH cluster with administrative and organizational topics in day-to-day business. Ensuring high service standards for internal stakeholders and responsibility for project budgets and managing the related processes.

• Central contact person for the Cluster Leadership Team DACH and internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination and management of administrative and organizational processes in day-to-day business
• Planning and organizing meetings, workshops, offsites and conferences
• Coordinating appointments, deadlines and priorities for the Leadership Team
• Independently organizing and settling national and international business trips
• Creating presentations and minutes and handling administrative tasks (including invoices, time tracking and document review)

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an assistant, coordination or comparable role
• Structured, self-reliant way of working and a professional, discreet approach to confidential matters
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP R/3, SRM and Basware is an advantage
• Strong service orientation, high initiative and quick comprehension
• Fluent German and very good English, spoken and written, for working in an international environment
