About this Apprenticeship
REWE Dortmund offers the Abitur program to management in Werne, qualifying as a retail management specialist (m/f/d). With good performance the training can be shortened to 18 months.
What You'll Learn
- Conducting advisory and sales conversations
- Determining goods needs and ordering goods
- Storing and checking goods
- Building and designing the product range
- Presenting goods and carrying out sales promotion measures
- Introduction to staff management
- Carrying out staff planning and creating sales statistics, performance checks and accounts to monitor and manage the store's performance
Requirements
- Good Abitur or Fachabitur
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business management topics
- Customer orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Confident and self-assured manner
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High commitment and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
