• Learn the butcher trade: At our meat and sausage counter you learn how meat and sausage products are prepared, processed and sold. You also show customers what makes our products special.
• Contribute your own ideas: You produce delicious meat and grill specialties, prepare for example bratwursts and meatballs and can contribute your own ideas.
• Shape the counter: You ensure that our meat and sausage products are presented attractively and everything looks fresh and inviting.
• Look behind the scenes: You order goods, check the quality of our products and ensure that everything is stored correctly.

• By the start of your apprenticeship you have successfully completed your school diploma.
